Confirmation email

Let us guide you through the necessary steps before your appointment. Please read through your confirmation email to make sure all the details are correct and you are prepared for your appointment.

Identification

Please bring ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25. This is necessary for us in maintaining our ethical standards and ensuring we are practicing within legislative guidelines.

Skin preparation

Please remove all make up and cosmetics before your appointment. There is a bathroom in our clinic where you can do this. We will disinfect the treatment area before injecting but our sanitising spray is not a make up remover.

Cancellations

Appointments can be amended up to 24 hours in advance with no cancelation charge. If cancelled within 24 hours we will retain your £20 booking fee, for prescription drug appointments we reserve the right to charge the full price of product. We hold all card details at the time of booking and if your appointment is a no show we charge the full price of treatment.

Minors

Please do not bring minors into the clinic unless they can be left unsupervised. Our clinic is not designed with children in mind and they cannot accompany you into the treatment area.

Payment Options

Our goal is to provide a seamless experience from start to finish. We offer our subscription plans and deposit booking. We also offer packages and gift vouchers. Should you wish to discuss a custom plan with us please get in touch.
